ABOUT ME
I design interaction systems at the intersection of human behavior, technical constraints, and real-world use.
My background spans digital production, design operations, and UX-focused interaction design, where I have worked closely with clients, developers, and leadership to ensure systems are usable, coherent, and reliable under pressure.
I am currently formalizing this practice through postgraduate studies in Design & Interaction, with a focus on human-centered systems, service design, and usability governance.
